To avoid problems of additional costs or difficulties in assigning accommodation, any hospitality paid by the organization must be previously agreed upon.

In the case of people external to the company/group, it is necessary to communicate it at least 15 days before the beginning of the festival.

Performance

Unless otherwise agreed in person during the negotiation, total autonomy is required for the audio system: all stations have electrical connections and basic lighting points.

If, during the event, the audio system breaks or if you arrive without one, the Festival organization will be forced to deduct the costs incurred for the replacement system from the fee. The costs in fact include the material and above all the labor of a technician.

Due to unpleasant episodes that have occurred in the past, the Festival Service does not provide its material unless accompanied by a technician.
